After years spent cutting my teeth in digital marketing, I made the leap to Ecommerce 4 years ago, taking the new challenge head-on and emerging with a whole new complimentary skillset.
With a large Salesforce platform migration project and in-depth UX overhaul under my belt, I've started to get the hang of it. Throw in a supply chain disrupted by COVID-19 and the operational challenges that come with it, it's safe to say I've earned an honorary Ecommerce degree.
I've got a penchant for customer-focused brands who care about the experience from acquisition to the post purchase. I don't claim to be an expert of anything, but I bring a wealth of experience partnering with big brands and demonstrated success.
